1.Managed 4 Operation Units (TKOC, MOSC, ORS, SHH)

• Mainly daily work in TKOC,
• Supervise all frontline staff and outsourced concierge staff and cleaner,
• Monitor the daily operation of shopping mall, prepare the financial account of billing and receipt operation,
• Handover and take over the premises with tenants,
• Handle the PMP system (HR issues),
• Handle all enquiries from customer, owner or occupant of carpark spaces,
• Deal with AM team & leasing matters (including held the bi-weekly meeting, summarize the operation issue and event of atrium, statistic of footfall figure, reporting the latest leasing of shop and promotion of shopping mall nearby over past 2 weeks),
• Enhancement work (improve the handover standard with form for move-ins/outs shops),
• Focus food waste collection, negotiating with SEWIT team,
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Chief Property Manager

2.Work as the committee member of Ancillary Functions/Teams of

SUSC (Sustainability Captain) and

PP(CC) (Professional Practice (Commercial Concierge))

• Participate the event of “Zero Hunger” in 2024

1. Manage Commercial Building

• Handle all customers’ enquiries,
• Monitor the routine operation of building and supervise frontline staff and cleaner,
• Prepare and carry out the procurement document,
• Held the owner’s committee meeting and contractor,
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Senior Manager

2. Managed Shopping Mall:

• Handover and takeover the premises,
• Prepare the procurement process and financial statement,
• Monitor the daily operation,
• Perform ad hoc duties and report to landlord

• Handle all tenancy issues, include move-in/out flat and prepare the related document, carry out the joint inspection with Housing Officer
• Supervise maintenance work of Public Rental Housing
• Prepare the monthly report and report to Housing Authority

• Monitor the repair works at deluxe residential area development
• Handle customers’ enquiries,
• Prepare financial account and debit note
