Worked as manager of Executive Office and mainly deliver and execute orders in following areas:
1) Inventory management:
Manage stock levels of vaccines in different warehouses. Procurement of different vaccines from pharmaceutical companies such as GSK, MSD, Pfizer and Sanofi.
Conduct stock take and temperature checkups periodically to safeguard each and every vaccine.
Prepare forecast report for consumption and expiry of vaccines.
2) Operation management:
Overseeing design team to provide design and creation support on ATL and BTL marketing promotion campaigns. Also collaborated with brands such as Friso, Wyeth, Cordlife, D Mind and the Prince and Mead Johnson to have joint promotions.
3) System development:
Liaise and oversee China based IT team to develop systems for different marketing campaigns. Also participated in a joint ERP development with Weimob to enhance efficiency of clinic operations.

Handling in-house design production including: leaflet/brochure printouts, video shooting and infographics production.
