It is a UK base Confectionery factory in China. I leaded the merchandising and Export team in SZ China factory. In-charge Own Brands and Private label Product Development.

• Developed compelling sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and whitepapers for prospective clients.
• Managed full product lifecycle, from ideation through post-launch support, ensuring consistent quality control measures were in place.
• Marketing research the Products range, Price range (mainly UK, Australia, South America)
• Prepare critical path and shipment time-table to meet the launch day for each season (includes Xmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine Day, Easter, Mother Day, Father Day, Halloween, Back to School day etc)
• Forecast the annual qty for both Seasonal and All-year round SKU
• Develop and cost the Products with all components, warehouse, labour cost, currency etc.
• Source and design the gift components including Packing materials, toys accessories, porcelain mug, tin box, ribbon, sticker, tag, hand-made box etc)
• Present Quotation & catalog / power-point to customers
• Make sure the product to meet CIQ and China Customs Export Hand-book requirement
• Monitor the warehouse inventory level
• Managed product demonstrations and testimonials for performance evaluation.

It is a UK base Chocolate Confectionery company. I leaded Product Development and Merchandising team. I worked in HK office mainly at this period. My role and goals were:

• Develop a luxury tableware gift (i.e Silver plating & glass wine gift, China Bone porcelain tableware, metal and ceramic tea set, Silver-plating photo frame etc)
• Work closed with China, Taiwan and Tailand suppliers.
• Sort out the China handbook issue to form those components into a Gift items
• Push the critical path with all suppliers to meet the launch date.
• Removed damaged, out-of-code, not-in-set and discontinued items from displays.
• Verified products appeared at correct locations in proper quantities.
• Updated pricing and signage to complete product displays and educate customers.

It is a Korea base Hand-bag Company and with factory at Bangladesh. I was a merchandiser to handle raw materials sourcing and finished goods trading.

• Sources raw materials and accessories for Handbag, Tents and Jackets.
• Consolidate all these materials and components from China to Bangladesh factory
• Handle the box and tag artworks with oversea customers
• Trading the handbag, back-pack, leather bag and accessories to customers.
• Managed inventory levels with regular monitoring, ordering, and stock replenishment for optimal product availability.
