· Responsible for full set of accounting including daily routine work and month-end closing.

· Prepare and review financial statements and cash flow statements for various investment funds.

· Perform detailed daily/ weekly/ monthly bank reconciliation, and portfolio positions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Prepare valuation report, financial statement, cash-flow, quarterly forecast, and annual budget report.

· Calculate and verify Net Asset Value (NAV) of investment funds and conduct financial analysis.

· Conduct book-keeping, cash management and funds operation for portfolio activities.

· Handle accounting entries and fee schedules for schemes and funds.

· Handle annual financial statement and interim report for funds to enter year-end closing process.

· Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to handle regular and ad-hoc requests.

· Compiled budget data by analyzing previous budgets, estimating income, and calculating costs to help the accounting manager to come up with cost-cutting methods.

· Reconciled the balance sheet's line items, conducted vouching, and created the income statement and cash flow statement.

· Handled correspondence with other parties to keep track of accounts payable and receivables, performed data validation and bank reconciliation to make sure rules were being followed.

· Updated internal KYC records by verifying customer information and other transactional details; Excel-based automation was developed to increase reporting effectiveness.

· Managed email communication with logistics vendors to address concerns and guarantee delivery on schedule.
