Renovation works of the bank's main branch G/F to 3/F, including bank halls and facade works of the building.

• Co-ordinated closely with PM team and various consultants (interior, landscape, lighting, digital content etc.) to develop and prepared presentations of the renovation designs for senior management's approval.
• Attended regular site visits, site meetings and co-ordinated with PM team, consultants and contractors to resolve any issues occurred during renovation and ensured the workmanship meets the bank's standard and in accordance with the construction drawings.
• Closely monitored the renovation progress and updated project's progress for management's review on a regular basis.
• Liaised with communications and branding/marketing teams on incorporating the bank's branding theme and slogan in various part of the design and in digital content.
• Assisted in obtaining quotations from various vendors to facilitate the approval of payment orders to vendors.

Large scaled residential development involved 3 storey luxury Villas, house on house and high-rise residential, clubhouse, retail shops, various show flats and sales offices.

• Created and managed project timelines and milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
• Reviewed and approved architectural and interior fit-out designs, tender drawings, shop drawings and construction drawings as well as written documents for government submissions to ensure that the drawings and specifications are in accordance to the design brief / local regulations and within the construction cost estimate.
• Monitored tender process and submitted tender award recommendations to management levels.
• Attended regular site visits, site meetings and co-ordinated with on-site staff and contractors to ensure the workmanship meets the company standard and in accordance with the construction drawings.
• Monitored closely on the construction progress and chased the contractors for timely project completion according to the construction program and budget.
• Liaised with marketing and promotions departments on the interior design of the Clubhouse and Show flats and worked closely with marketing and sales departments on the opening of the sales office and handover to the buyers.
• Facilitated the Chief/Senior Project Manager on the approval of contractors' payment claims and liaised with the insurance department on insurance claims throughout the construction period; reported directly to him on a regular basis on project progress and budget reviews.

Renovation of the company's new Guang Zhou Office and accommodating a showroom/sales office for a current HK residential project, total area of approx. 700m2.

• Liaised with interior design consultant and LDI on finalizing the design to produce tender drawings and submission drawings for drawing vetting company, to ensure timely delivery of the drawing packages to meet the submission deadlines and project programme
• Monitored tender process including tender drawing review and tender reports review, submitted tender award recommendation report to management level
• Reviewed and approved shop drawings and material submissions, to ensure all the construction details are in line with the consultant's design
• Monitored closely on the construction progress together with colleagues on site and chased the contractors for timely project completion according to the programme
• Attended regular video call meetings with the consultant, site colleagues and contractors to resolve any issues occurred during construction; to ensure the workmanship meets company's quality standard and are in accordance with the overall design
• Assisted Chief/Senior project manager on the assessment and approval of contractor's payment according to the contract payment terms

Commercial development involved two lots of land comprising of three high-rise office towers and a retail podium of six storey.
