Maintain all property information in SAP and all associated log books as required, including all movement between location

• Responsible for store management and operation, ensure operation process and achievement of performance; Regular inventory check, check and register accounts, supervise store display standards; Provide professional customer service, explore customer needs, customer development and maintenance; Regularly participate in art knowledge learning, improve professional skills, promote sales conversion rate.

• Provide full spectrum of administrative support including but not limited to maintaining an updated database, managing the filing system, preparing business correspondences etc
• Graphic Design, Video editing, etc
• Provide support in coordination with internal department.

• Provide art direction to NFT project and assist operation management
• Digital art creation, graphic design, social media promotion and publicity; Promote the operation and implementation of various exhibitions and commercial promotion cooperation activities; Art management, exhibition, contact with art institutions, maintain good cooperative relations.

• Responsible for graphic design, graphic editing, video editing; New media platform operation, copywriting, content output, review and release; Assist in the organization of brand tour, promotion activities; Assist in the translation of documents, materials, and daily communication between Chinese and English.

• Assist gallery daily operation and coordination; Participate in the planning and execution of exhibition activities, media publicity and other preparatory work; Procurement, maintenance and management of exhibition materials and marketing materials; Collect exhibition related materials, sort out and compile summary report.
