Team collaboration
In the shadowing scheme, the I began by following the teacher during their routine activities to observe the practical application of skills or knowledge in a real-world context. Through this observation, I attempt to replicate the teacher's methods or approaches, gradually building confidence and competence. The supervisor also provides informal advice, tips, or corrections to guide their progress. Over time, this process enables me to transition from shadowing to performing tasks independently, applying the skills and insights gained during the shadowing period.
This service-learning projects allows me to actively engage in real-world challenges, reflect on our experiences, and apply my learning.
