1.Managed administrative processes and prepared key reports and documentation related to the authorization process for the school become an IBO MYP school.

2.Introduced change improvement plans to ensure process alignments with specific goals,methodologies and initiatives throughout each school year related to the eight subjects taught in the MYP program.

3.Led collaborative planning and reflection sessions for the implementation of the MYP program.

4.Created and maintained registration systems for the weekly meetings for the collaborative planning and reflection involving all the MYP teachers.

5.Provide support to the teachers and students regarding MYP certification,organize and implement the Community Project and the activities of Action and Service areas.

6.Coordinate collaborative unit, year and program planning and teaching, ensuring a

coherent curriculum continuum to meet HK and IB curricular goals and expectations

Ensure that all MYP year 5 students are registered for assessment in the personal

project

● Ensure that all MYP year 5 students are registered for assessment in other

eAssessment subjects, if ISK chooses this option

● Ensure that service as action and the personal project are administered in accordance

with the requirements in the current guides, and that candidates and supervisors are

fully aware of these requirements

● Coordinate monitoring of assessment according to IB requirements

● Prepare and circulate an annual analysis and feedback of MYP assessment results
