

I have over 22 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with expertise in managing multiple brands ( Sankinn Taiwanese Hot Pot , Yakiniku Guu , Izakaya Hirokoji , Urawa Japanese Restaurant ,Gyu-Kaku/ On-Yasai/ Gyu- Kaku Jinan Bou) and developing new outlets. I have spent 7 years in brand management, where I excel in interpersonal skills, cost control, data analysis, and formulating appropriate promotional strategies.
