• Hotel opening preparation, set up Concierge Policy & Procedure & job duties, manning arrangement, job allocation, related hotel training, equipment preparation, hotel daily operation arrangement and cost control
• Responsible for the management of all aspects of Concierge functions in accordance with hotel standards
• Directs implements and maintains a concierge service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective staff.

• Provide specialized advice, dining options/reservations and different guests' inquiries
• Strong customer relationships building and blend sound business judgment with best hospitality practices by keeping up with the latest and modern hospitality trends and maintaining traditional service methods
• Acts as the master trainer of the team to ensure professional service being well trained and maintained for the guests.

• Solve guest problems and our terms improvement, daily report to department head, adjust duty roster for further forecast occupancy
• Includes handling luggage, welcoming guests and assisting arriving & departing guests

• Luggage delivery and mails.
• Booking the transportation, arrange the shuttle bus for the round trips to the Airport Shuttle

• Luggage & message delivery, Limousine arrangement and Hotel shuttle bus, mailing service.
