- We independently designed a chemical engineering system consisting of a water pump, pipelines, gauges, indicators, and a membrane contactor.
- Using the principle of reverse osmosis, we reduced the alcohol content of beer from 5% while preserving its original flavor to the maximum extent. GC analysis and taste tests showed that our samples retained 99% of the original flavor.
- In this year-long project, I demonstrated my skills in researching information, managing project timelines, calculating and assembling experimental equipment, and proficiency in engineering experimental projects.
- Currently, this project has been taken over by the university and is in discussions for collaboration with a local brewery.
