Wendy Yuen Wan Wong

I have been working as a student supporting teacher in primary schools for more than 5 years. I have great passion in supporting students with special educational needs and their family. I graduated with the MED Educational Counselling at the Education University of Hong Kong, currently working as a counselling teacher of an educational counselling centre, mainly to support the learning and psychological needs of children, youth and their family. In addition, I had cultural exchange experience as an intercultural ambassador at the University of Leeds in the UK in 2017-2018. Throughout the whole year, I had great opportunities for working with people around the world, designed and organized an intercultural project for the local primary school students in the UK. As an educator, it is my will to support students with learning difficulties and special educational needs, to increase their motivation in learning, helping them to overcome the learning difficulties, to support their psychological needs and promote students’ whole person development.
