I am a responsible, detail-minded and a punctual person. Working efficiency with high productive standard is set up in mind to get the tasks done. Moreover, I am a fast learner and attempt to step out from comfort zone.
Currently, I am working in New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel as a temporary F&B Assistant. My job tasks are mainly to divided into operation and administration work. For operation, provide and manage the afternoon tea set for hotel outlet- The Lounge; Preparing and creating canapes for buffet-Cafe East; Handling salad and appetizers for French restaurant- La Table. Moreover, assisting Sous Chef and chef de partie to arrange banquets or wine dinning.
For the part of administration, prepare the roster of our team member. Monitor and maintain the stock level for daily usage.
For future. I would like to further enrich myself in diversity fields, step out from my comfort zone to create a new path. I believe in my strengths of detail-mind, working individually under high pressure are well trained. Generating with my outgoing and friendly personality could be fulfill any challenges of new position.
