I started working as a front desk receptionist at their venues (Blue Butcher, Fish & Meat, Mercedes Me) from 2014-2016. I handled bookings, reports, inquiries, complaints, and venue organization for daily service.
In 2016, I was promoted to Guest Relations Agent at Maximal Concepts HQ. My primary job was to oversee general operations across all venues (Blue Butcher, Fish & Meat, Mercedes me, Stockton, Mott32, John Anthony, Limewood & Sip Song). The front desk reports to me, and I handle special arrangements for VIPs, regulars, and shareholders.
In 2018, I opened up a new department - Centralized Reservations in headquarters to centralize all phone calls across all sister venues including the international venues.
Other job duties involved:
- Handling all venue complaints and guest recovery
- Organize and conduct customer service trainings & conduct orientation training for new employees
- Participate in offsite outlet pop-ups (TASTE, Wine&Dine, Art Central etc..)
- Helping with new venue openings
- Build relationships with Hotels and Lifestyle concierge
- Manage all on-going and new promotion partnerships
