• Involved in the detailed design of airfield geometry, grading and line marking by adopting International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) standards.
• Involved in the detailed design of airfield pavement by adopting Federal Aviation Association (FAA) standards.
• Carried out analysis such as jet blast analysis & swept path analysis by Computer-Aided Design (CAD) applications.
• Led in the BIM collaboration with other design consultants by setting up Common Data Environment (CDE) as BIM coordinator and interfaced with the client.
• Led and managed different engineering fields for the design of ancillary buildings at the airfield.

C3301 & C19W04 - North Runway Crossover Taxiway & Midfield Temporary Stands Upgrading Works of HKIA
(Contract Sum: approx. £35M & £34M respectively)

• Provided technical support on airfield engineering during the construction stage.
• Liaised with Civil Aviation Department to obtain statutory approvals before commissioning of works.

Expansion of Al-Fujairah International Airport

• Led a team to deliver the schematic design of airfield expansion, including airfield geometry, grading, line marking and pavement.

P568 - Midfield Apron Development Works of HKIA
(Contract Sum: approx. £240M)

• Monitored progress and supervised on the construction of airfield pavement, underground civil utilities, road works and associated airfield facilities.
• Managed site safety, quality, environmental and security issues.
• Reviewed on method statement and temporary arrangement of airfield operation to minimise risk and impact to airfield operation.
• Coordinated with government departments, utility undertakers, maintenance parties and
  interfacing projects.
• Provided technical support to resolve site constraints.
• Involved in contract administration including the issue of variation order, valuation of variations and certification of interim payments.

Preparation of Bidding Documents for C3131, C3141, C3144 & C3149 & C3138 & P273 of HKIA & Changi Airport East Development

• Coordinated between different engineering fields to prepare bidding documents for the design and consultancy services.
• Assisted in the preparation of technical and fee proposals.

• Involved in the review of airfield design as an independent checker to ensure compliance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and other international standards.
