Deloitte USHINE Case Competition – June 2025 – Participated

This was a team competition, and my teammates and I had to choose a foreign food delivery company that had not yet entered Hong Kong and came up with plans for how it could do so successfully. I looked at how Hong Kong's food delivery system works, including price-sensitive users, "walker" logistics, restaurant exclusivity, and regulatory constraints, before choosing Toast Inc. as our foreign entrant. I improved my business sense by putting together clear, assumption-backed plans based on information about competitors, the industry, and finances. In addition, I enhanced my writing by making structured proposals and projections, and as well as teamwork by organizing meeting to facilitate the discussion across the group.
