- Prepared Drainage Impact Assessments, Sewage Impact Assessments, and Water Impact Assessments in compliance with relevant codes and guidelines, such as the Stormwater Drainage Manual, CIFSUS, and GESF.
- Developed a zoned structural design for a 135m retaining wall run, selecting and adapting different wall types and designs to accommodate fluctuating retained heights between 1.0m and 3.5m.
- Implemented comprehensive flood prevention and mitigation measures aligned with statutory Design Sea Levels, to enhance project resilience against climate risks.
- Managed HyD and LandsD Excavation Permit applications and liaised with multiple government departments, including HyD, TD, LandsD, RMO, and LCSD.
