RAMS Management for Ho Chi Minh Line 1:

• Assisted in the preparation of a Handover Safety Case for Rolling Stock and Depot Workshop Equipment subsystems in Ho Chi Minh City, ensuring all safety requirements and standards were met through risk assessments, safety analyses prior handover to the O&M company

System Assurance for Metro Manila Subway Project:

• Supported SSHA and IHA workshops, focusing on track works, power supply systems, and overhead catenary systems
• Facilitated the preparation of RAM allocation and apportionment processes, including report writing

Human Factor Support for ATSS upgrade on LAR line (Hong Kong):

• Regularly updated the Human Factors Issue Register (HFIR) to ensure Human Factors (HF) suggestions were implemented into the design for the ATSS upgrade project on the LAR line in Hong Kong
• Prepared and led the completion of Alarm Assessment and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) reports using information collected through site visits, communication with end users, HMI demonstrations, and regular meetings with the technical team and client
• Facilitated quarterly meetings with the client to ensure progress and facilitate discussions as needed

A six-month secondment in Singapore, where I supported local projects, led System Assurance deliverables, and ensured client satisfaction through effective communication and project management

1. Escalator Project for Jurong Regional Line:

• SA Deliverables Support: Developed and created key safety analysis documents including Hazard Log, Maintainability Analysis, Reliability and Availability Analysis, and RCI and SCI Lists
• Project Management: Involved in internal project program creation, client-facing discussions on system design, and conducting workshops with designers
• Client Engagement: Acted as one of the primary contacts for clients ensuring clear communication

2. Tunnel Ventilation System Project for Two Road Tunnels (CTET and FCT) Document Updates:

• Supported the updates of several System Assurance documents, focusing on the Verification and Validation process of the Hazard Log
• Workshops and Communication: Led workshops with the Authority to present work progress of the team and address comments raised, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.

• Developed comprehensive SA documents for various systems, including Power Supply System, Tunnel Ventilation System, and Fire Protection System in Singapore
• Conducted Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) analysis, calculated Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and performed Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) for various systems
• Facilitated and supported engagement between Ricardo and both local and overseas clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration for the SA team
• Regularly updated Hazard Logs for Rolling Stock, Automatic Fare Collection, Depot Workshop Equipment and Platform Screen Door projects in Ho Chi Minh City, incorporating feedback from project teams and clients
• Supported the project manager on an Automated People Mover (APM) project by preparing the Design Safety Assessment (DSA), arranging Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and drafting the Pre-Final Design report
• Facilitated Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) workshops for multiple projects in Singapore, ensuring thorough risk assessment and mitigation
• Coordinated preparation work for a six-day human factors training program, successfully delivered to clients
• Developed Human Factors Work Plans for two distinct projects for MCS and ATS respectively in Hong Kong, ensuring ergonomic and user-centered design considerations.

• Supported J-TREC in reviewing the ComplyPro database against the Excel Database with the colleagues in the Japanese office
