Compass is a listed company in UK and entered the food service industry in Hong Kong since 1994. I am responsible for different sizable corporate Staff Restaurants e.g. Sing Tao, HSBC, MTR, L'Oréal etc. The business model of operating Staff Restaurant broadens my horizontal in F&B industry.
TAKEAT OUT is a cafe located in Fortress Hill solely owned by myself. I am fully responsible for the set up and development of this cafe. The cafe meets the break-even point after half year and has stable growth each month. The experience in operating it provides a very good platform to go further in attending to business.
