  • 2018, Co-investigator of a research project at HKU entitled ‘Exploring the use of new video technologies to leverage pre-service teachers’ ability to notice’, Co-design an innovative pedagogy for microteaching called ‘Rehearsal’ with Professor Kennedy Chan for pre-service science teachers to enact core practices with video-mediated discussion and collective reflection.
  • 2019, Apprentice coach, Center to Support Excellence in Teaching (CSET), Stanford Graduate School of Education (GSE), Support experienced teachers in improving their instructional practice through collaborative analysis of classroom videos and a focus on core teaching practices that support equitable opportunities for all students.
