Major achievements in the position:

  • Actively involved in the contract negotiations and achieved a significant reduction in operating expenditure
  • Mainly involved in the establishment of the corporate governance structure and performed regular internal reviews to identify areas of improvement, suggesting and implementing cost savings measures

Major achievements in the position:

  • Introduced 2 additional MPF trustees to the organisation, so employees had more choices
  • The Finance and Administration Division (FAD) with manpower of around 15 was restructured, a clear chain of command was established, and the staff morale of the division was raised remarkably
  • Organised and supervised the renovation of the organisation's premises so that staff could work in a better working environment
  • For sustainability purposes, led and built a green culture in the office by forming a Green Team with 20 members
  • Coordinated the annual Resource Allocation Exercise and secured funding from the Government (recurrent and one-off grants).
