Another example is to work with Philips medical on a new product line. I assisted the technical suppliers on process design, tooling, and quality control to help them overcome precise requirements in medical industry. I also have my team implement rigorous quality inspection before shipment.

My job is facilitating customers, production, engineering, quality and planning teams. To ensure efficiency, milestones were set and monitored. I experience the different difficulties and bottlenecks in running large-scale programs with deadlines.
