Project Description:

Construction of G/F, 1/F to 2M/F of podium, 31 levels of guestroom floors, 6 levels of facilities and staff offices floors, 1 level of sky garden, 2 levels of refuge floors, roof & top roof & associated external & landscaping works. The construction floor area is approximately 45,900 m². The project aims to achieve BEAM Plus requirement for New Buildings Version 1.2 in “Gold” rating.

Duties:

- Management of planning, progress monitoring, sub-contractor’s performance and tackling with the site issue.

- Statutory submission and inspection scheduling.

- Quality control for workmanship.

- Decision making, manage and take lead for site staff.

Project Description:

Construction of 2 level basement and 6 level Podium deck including design and construction of pre-stress transfer plate with provision of starter bars for all four residential towers above. The development accommodate shopping arcade, Government Accommodation (i.e. Refuse Collection Point, Hawker Bazaar and Public Transportation Interchange for franchised buses and public light buses) carpark and clubhouse. The total construction floor area is approximately 78,000 M².

Construction of 1 level basement carpark and 12 stories Nursing and Healthcare Complex featuring with total of 700 seat-auditoria, nursing and healthcare laboratories, classrooms, student activities rooms, learning commons, sports facilities, office, conference center etc., completed with all related E&M and landscape works and additions & alterations works for the existing footbridge across Sheung Shing Street. The total construction floor area is approximately 25,000 M²
