• Coordinated curriculum and teaching matters between internal departments and outside parties including course tutors, the Education Bureau (EDB), and Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA)

• Worked with the subject tutors to plan and deliver the intensive course and student production. Conducted teaching meeting with tutors or course advisors from time to time and to conduct assessment moderation.

• Planned and taught Acting, Theatre History, Play Analysis, Movement courses to students in the Applied Learning: The Essentials of Theatre Arts program to equip students with foundation of Theatre Arts.
• Evaluated student progress regularly, adjusting instruction to meet individual needs and ensuring mastery of concepts.
• Assessed students' performance through scene work presentations and examination.
• Class teacher (2016-2018, 2022-2024) worked with the class closely throughout the two years. Towards the end, class teacher developed, directed, and produced a devise theatre piece with students within 64 hours as the final project of the programme.

• Planned and delivered English Drama lessons to selected groups of students (F.1-F.3) to enhance student creativity.
• Organized, directed, and produced 13 Readers' Theatre performances for all classes in F.1-F.3.
• Produced at least 1 musical production each year.
• Collaborated with colleagues to create interdisciplinary lessons that connected drama concepts to English.
• Exposed students to diverse content to build perspective in drama pedagogy.

• I received a commission to create a documentary theatre piece called "Shimmer in the Dark" for the Documentary Theatre Festival 3: Theatre of Society. My company was responsible for creating the piece, engaging different artists and delivered a reading theatre performance of the original piece in Aug 2022.
