Site Agent | KCC CONTRACT NO.KCC035:

• Mainly respond at Wong Tai Sin Hospital, Buddhist Hospital, Our Lady's Hospital and renovation of Wang Tau Hom Jockey Club Clinic.
• Work included: A&A work, maintenance and repair projects, such as ward refurbishments. Ironwork projects, including fencing and railing throughout the facility.
• Coordinate various projects, such as: BD submission, Coordinate with consultant, main construction and site worker
• Involved in spalling projects.

PROJECT COORDINATOR | FITTING OUT WORKS FOR TPFT | PROJECT NO. CC165:

• Involved in the entire contract process from tendering to project handover.
• Handle all required documents from the Buildings Department, including minor works documents and records from the Housing Authority.
• Help create schedules, coordinate orders, and attend meetings.
• Oversee construction on-site.
• Responsible for creating detailed shop drawings to guide the construction team.

• Primary responsibility: Monitor project progress in residential developments.
• Involved in various aspects of the construction process, including stud work, safety management, and demolition.
• Currently working on projects under Sun Hung Kai Properties, such as St. Barths, Oceanwing, The Millennity, Wetland Seasons Park, and VICTORIA HARBOUR.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and implement safety protocols.
• Carry out necessary coordination for a smooth construction process.
