• Develop and deploy web applications
• Coordinate with IT and business team on applications enhancement and development arrangement
• Prepare applications and technical documentation (eg User guide, UAT Plan, design document)

Support:

• Handling customer's support case or provide on site support
• Summarizing findings and explain to customer
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to address customer support case.

• Testing NVIDIA's graphic card TU, GA, and Tegra series
• Using shell script to install diag and run script to check board and socket
• Using Python for automation to generate board ID
• Using batch script to initialize the RAM
• Repaired testing board
• Using Clonezilla software to clone the hard disk
• Using Microsoft office make reports
