Responsible for Baidu search organic channel growth product line, increased search scale 5%(YoY).

• [Product Strategy] Develop product roadmap for growth of organic channel product line, set goals and OKRs and review completion of OKRs every quarter.
• [Product Design] Design product prototypes, write product documents and communicate with User Experience Designers to produce design drafts.
• [Project Management] Organize project schedules with R&D and Q&A teams, review project progress until project release online.
• [Data Analysis] Monitor search scale data every day, report weekly data with our team and analyze user data and log.
• [Teamwork] Regularly cooperate with operations, marketing, GR, PR， data Data Analyst to draw growth project plans and review benefits of key projects.

• Participate in functional construction of e-commerce shopping products in early stage; in later stage, participate in growth of e-commerce business with goal of GMV.
• Collaborated with operation, marketing and support teams to launch products on time.
• Output product documents, follow up product function launch, and subsequently collect user feedback and collect user feedback in follow-up to optimize product functions.
• Lead large-scale growth projects from 0 to 1, such as Xiaohongshu WeChat mini-program, Xiaohongshu membership project, etc.
