I wanted to improve my skills as a flight attendant while working in full service airline. I could operate more aircraft types and meet more passengers, more countries, cultures and experiences.

I was able to provide higher quality service by using the previous experience. I contributed to company consistently, high quality of performance for customer service.

I loved interacting with my colleagues, passengers, and I could figure out what they needed. Working on schedules has increased flexibility and strengthened my ability to manage my time

Responsible for the safety of passengers. In addition, i provided memorable service to them at the beginning and end of their journey. Within the limited space of the aircraft, i collaborated with team members to provide services that meet their needs and expectations.

First goal was to let customers enjoy their opportunities and time. Tried to understand their needs and provide memorable service. To do so, i am trying to connect with customers and approached them in a friendly way. Based on what learned from them, developed new products. Created it and promoted it with passion and sincerity.
