• Project Support:

- Supported planning and execution of 3 global health projects in Kyrgyzstan, Iraq, and Vietnam focusing on cardiac surgery and trauma care capacity building.

• Research and Analysis:

- Conducted qualitative research for 3 global health projects—Vietnam Military Hospital Trauma Care, Iraq Cardiac Surgery Capacity Building, and Social Determinants of Health in Asia.

- Responsibilities included needs assessment and transcript analysis for Vietnam Trauma Care; on-site patient interviews of 10 people assessing treatment accessibility and health system challenges in Iraq; and contributing to broader qualitative inquiries on social health determinants in Asia.

• Field Experience:

- Participated in the Iraqi-Korean Cardiac Surgery Capacity Building Program with an on-site visit to a cardiac hospital in Iraq.

- Engaged with healthcare professionals to assess capacity-building needs and strategies, supported administrative and logistical coordination during the visit, and facilitated communication by translating between Korean and Iraqi health professionals.

• Served as a student representative in the Staff-Student Consultative Committee
• Actively participated in discussions and meetings with professors and colleagues to address issues and feedbacks related to the course.
• Provided representation for 30 students to improve course offerings.

• Worked as an interpreter during the ROK - US Combined Component Post Training.
• Provided both Korean and US parties with clear and exact translation of written materials and interpretation of verbal conversations.
