A dedicated security professional with over 35 years of law enforcement experience in the Hong Kong Police, the last eight of which were in a Directorate position. Exceptional leadership, managerial and organisational skills, bringing a forward-thinking and articulate approach.

Since leaving the Government sector, I am relishing the opportunity to adapt and enhance my skillset to best contribute in the corporate environment, often operating in challenging locations under considerable pressure.

Directorate levels police posts required effective strategic planning, solid leadership, sound policy innovation and implementation, efficient change management and detailed human resource  planning. Specialities included risk assessment, large-scale operational planning and command, public order, counter terrorism, aviation security, venue security and dignitary protection.

Current security consultant role is primarily focused on Executive Protection - risk assessment, advance preparatory work and field deployment. Often operating across Asia-Pacific in challenging environments, a high degree of tact, initiative and decisiveness are essential.
