Within the role of TD, expertise lies to communicate with designer and convert their design to a physical product. Communicate with business partners closely, evaluate the samples, make suggestions to correct fit issues, training and coaching, to accelerate business partners’s performance and approval rate.
Besides the technical designers, I have opportunities act as captain of some of projects, it’s great opportunity to develop my soft skills, including leadership, data management, analysis, communication, problem solving and more.
I love to enhance my technical knowledge and interact with business partners’s to have update about the industry, so I’m taking a short course of CLO which is a 3D software to compose virtual apparel samples. Beside, I often participated internal training and mentorship programs, to earn more soft skills to enhance my knowledge.
