- This is a 25-storey retail complex and located in Tsim Sha Tsui. Its occupied surroundings and limited construction site area required meticulous planning and sophisticated coordination.
- Responsible for MVAC construction works, including statutory and technical submissions, site supervision, site coordination for interface with other sub-contractor and procurement.
