• Assessed customers to recommend credit limits and payment terms, negotiating and managing security arrangements, and analyzed overall credit exposure including generation and analysis of MI reports
• Liaise with business to appropriately balance and optimize portfolio risk ensuring adequate use of risk mitigating collateral as appropriate, regularly meeting with business units to review portfolio risk, ensuring credit analysis representation and participation
• Manage Asia Pacific and Middle East Aviation Team responsible for receivables management

· As Debitex Superuser, successfully deployed Debitex through Master Data Cleansing, Testing (Preparation and Execution of Test Scripts), and Issues Resolution

· Delivered savings of $315K through various initiatives (Aviation Data Quality Cleanse and Collection of Bank Fee projects) and absorption of 2 FTEs during KL migration as result of several portfolio rationalization and ACDC implementation

• As Lead Superuser for Aviation, successfully implemented the GSAP Upgrade in 2013
• Successfully migrated the following aviation processes: UK and Canada assessments and MI reporting
• Resolved PH prepayment customers master data issues, garnering FO EVP Award
