• Perform daily maintenance and management of the network within the
  company's divisions to ensure stable and normal operation
• Update, build, and maintain network platforms, set up backup management,
  and ensure the security and stability of network platforms
• Respond to network faults and problems, adjust, handle remote issues, and
  communicate with the team to quickly resolve reported issues
• Monitor and familiarize yourself with network points daily, assist the regional
  manager in managing comprehensive regional affairs
• Implement BAU task in Business & News Channel.
• Handle enterprise network infrastructure with cisco and fortinet product i.e.
  Cisco Nexus N9K-C93180YC , Fortinet FortiGate 120G, Cisco Catalyst 3750
  & 2960)

• Provide on-site technical support for customer service delivery and availability
  • Provide enterprise networkin frastructure with Huawei product (i.e USG6000
  series, NetEngine 8000 series, S6700 series)
  • Acts as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility,
  troubleshooting support and problem resolution
  for corporate customers
  • Able to manage hot issues by setting customer expectations, devising and
  implementing action plans, being available 24x7
  and professionally communicating to all parties involved
  • Implement government network deployment projects i.e. firewall migration,
  switch/router deployment, load balancer setup
  for government department(WKTS,HA,Tamar government office, OGCIO, HA)
  • Huawei products distribution

• Monitor and maintain the performance of network engineering (IP Routing,
  Ethernet Switching, VPN, etc.) and Wi-Fi access
  point.
• Troubleshoot network related issues on applications
• Provide enterprise network infrastructure solution (i.e SDN, SDWAN,
  mpls vpn, DMVPN, ssl vpn)
• Cisco product distributor (i.e Cisco nexus 9000 series router, Cisco ACI, Cisco
  Catalyst
  9300 switches)
• Assist in managing, configuring, and maintaining security & risk tools and
  technologies, such as firewalls,

• To produce the SA&D document
• Carry out Wi-Fi system(i.e. A installation and maintenance work
• Conduct site survey to measure Wi-Fi signal coverage and prepare report
• Perform preventive maintenance at customer site to ensure the Wi-Fi network is
in operational
• To provide project implementation
• Responsible for network setup, support, deployment and administration
including firewall, SD-WAN, VPN, VLAN, WLAN, Switch, VC, Wireless router/AP,
etc.
• Provide on-call support for production incidents, emergency on-site support and
perform shift duties as required
• Coordinate design, installation, testing and commissioning with both internal and
external parties such as team members, customers, signaling interface
contractors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with large scale infrastructure Wi-Fi Project deployment, T&C and
UAT testing. (i.e AIRSIDE in Kai Tak)

• Configure and setup Firewall Security for critical business applications
• Design, configure and setup secure
  network switching and wireless environment
• Participate in the design of multi-server environments
• Create and maintain Network documentation
• Assist with Disaster Recovery simulation exercises
• Perform system upgrade, data
  backup/restoration

• Assist in planning, organizing and performing technical operations,
maintenance/repair and project works for air traffic
control (ATC), airport related systems or electronic/IT equipment/systems and its
ancillary support facilities
• Assist in planning, organizing, supervising and/or directly carrying out
maintenance/repair works of systems/equipment and
conducting system review to ensure system reliability and availability
• Man and operate round-the-clock technical operation centre in roster basis for
system/equipment monitoring or remote
control, fault report handling, service or equipment restoration, execution of
emergency procedure(s) and etc
• Assist in or directly and dependently carrying out equipment
preventive/corrective maintenance, on-site equipment
installation, testing and commissioning, fault diagnosis and repair according to a
rectification plan/solution as well as helping
one’s supervisor in preparing fault/problem investigation report and/or
procurement plan for spare parts or maintenance/repair
services
