Career Highlights
Daycation at Kerry Hotel was indeed a revenue generator. I offered plenty of ideas for efficiency in operation and maximizing sales during the period. As the Recreation & Events Manager at American Club, revamping the Recreation Events was also a challenging yet rewarding project. It took almost 8 months and the year-on-year revenue grew 34%. Tons of minor fixes that also eased up daily operation and visibility of the front of house for guests. Assisted in monitoring large projects such as the renovation of the kid's area. The restructuring of the department was also a project that really benefited labor costs and within the first year, the department has reached a surplus in revenue and broken even for the first time.
