• ECO project to uncover process loopholes that cause slow moving stocks in pipeline, with actions on process change and new ERP solution that SAP reflect BOM with latest ECO#, ECO Category and implement schedule. 70% on hand stocks are consumed before aging

• Manage supply allocation for overseas customers including Australia, South East Asia, Korea, Middle East based on constraint supply plan through planning system
• Manage demand plan with Overseas Sales Office closely to minimize noise in the supply pipeline caused by forecasts up and downs
• Align with supply team for new product introduction, phase in/out plan, production MOQ to ensure correct models matrix are reflected into planning system

• Build up a project under Distributor model to consolidate various small importers under one single Distributor for South East Asia region. Focus on one customer to simplify the planning and logistics process
• Streamline the planning and logistics process for MEA region. Clear timeline is in place for different stakeholders from forecast upload to shipment execution

• Manage audio and video kit projects with overseas factories in Brazil, Argentina, Indonesia and Romania from project kick off to market launch; define action items with timeline to support Overseas factory new product introduction
