I have a solid background in business administration and extensive administrative experience gained from several managerial roles in the food and beverage industry.

Skilled in document preparation, communication, and customer relation. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in overseeing operations, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

I also have a proven track record of launching and managing food and beverage businesses. I have helped transformed underperforming businesses, and made them profitable quickly. I launched Snack Baby Gelato & Drinks in HK. I took charge of all their Office administration duties. I helped conceive of the project, and designed and implemented its business and operations strategy.
