1. Grew the India License business for American Eagle brand by
3X between 2021 and 2023 through effective key account management focusing on three strategic pillars - Make for india, Market for India and Make in India.
2. Creatively launched the first international end to end wholesale business model for American Eagle and aerie brands in Q4, 2022 out of Hong Kong. American Eagle and aerie products are now available across 40+ Myer Department stores and Myer online in Australia.
3. Led the Omni Channel expansion across the the License businesses in Thailand and Philippines post Covid-19 resulting in the business growing at a CAGR of ~30% between2021 and 2023.
1. Established the Retail Operations for Nokia Branded Retail
Channel (€150M business in 2014) in India and consolidated
franchise partners and stores (from 1000+ in 2011 to 600+ in
2014)
2. Led the Retail Business in Italy during a three month stint and
launched the Nokia Lumia 1020 in Italy in Q4,2014 and helped
the Windows Operating mobile system reach 10% market share
(the highest in the world)
3. Launched the insurance for Nokia mobile Phones (the first
ever in India ) and rolled out third party accessories for Nokia
mobile phones in the Nokia Branded Retail Channel in order to
improve partner profitability by +10%
1. Cultivated High performing team culture based on individual
accountability, goals attainment and team achievement across
various roles starting with Area Sales Manager in 2004 Manager
in 2004 and ending as the Assistant General Manager - Multi
brand Channels (a €50M business in 2010 - Key Accounts,
Distribution, Online marketplace players and Exports) and
Strategic Projects.
2. Opened 100 adidas mono brand stores across Rest of
North region by pioneering the distributor serviced mono brand
stores model to maximize reach and efficiency thereby delivering
a consistent strong topline and bottomline growth between
2006- 2010.
