• Supervision of the Business Head, Sales Managers and 3PL in the Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan region on the formulation of sales strategies to ensure smooth, efficient sales operations and achievement of company objectives.
· Supervision of Marketing team for the formulation of product and marketing strategies to create strong Biosensors branding, lasting KOL relations to create short to mid term business leads and collaboration between R&D / clinical teams for long term product development and business continuity.
• Support Senior Management team to develop strategies and plans to grow and sustain the business within the region
• Determine the region revenue and profitability and achieve them. Maintain and grow the core product market shares.
• Responsible for region P/L, Ensure healthy account receivables and reasonable operating expenses.
• Evaluate and improve existing distribution network competence in accordance to current and future market conditions.
• Maintain direct relationship and partnership with KOLs and 3rd Party Product Business Partners for business leads, business continuity and business expansion.
