Responsible for technical discussions and reading blue prints of the machines for installation and buy-off procedure of the machines. Directly engaged with suppliers from the purchase of equipment to the buy off of the manufactured good, which includes delivery schedule of machines, installation plan of machines, man power arrangement and other technical discussions related to material and scope of the machines.

1. Job Responsibilities

• Problem-Solving, trouble-shooting, quality improvement in the production process for Photo Lithography and Photo Resist Coating.
• Ensure product quality, continuously improvement in production yield and optimization of machinery utilization.
• Co-ordinate the schedule and /or arrangement of machine preventive maintenance and yield improvement activities.
• Identify defect root cause and provide solutions to tackle problems and take necessary measures.
• Assist the production scheduling / planning on machine set-up time, maximum usage of machinery.
• Enhance process optimization to product cycle time and machine allocation.
• Follow-up with New Product Development, Special Work Instruction and First Article Inspection lots.
• Provide staff coaching and training on machine set-up and yield improvement.
• Review the ISO specifications and perform the update or amendment if necessary.

• Doing SPC for data collection, control charts and process monitoring.
• Calibration of UV lamps and other gauging Measurements for Photo Lithography machines.
