As a Delegate Sales Executive, I will grow delegate sales revenue by identifying potential new clients,
cold calling prospective customers, managing customer enquiries, conducting sales calls, negotiating,
and closing delegate registrations.
●Contact existing and prospective clients by telephone or e-mail to solicit delegate sales for
events.
●Understand key value position in an event agenda, and be able to deliver prepared sales talks in
order to persuade potential clients to purchase a delegate ticket.
●Deliver a high level of customer service including and not limited to: Explain services and prices,
answer questions from customers, follow through the sales process, and support the customers
requirements until end of the event.
