• Manage airfreight operations both import and export to meet their budget, under control, under Standard Operating Procedures to meet KPI.

I was responsible for Air Freight Export Operations to meet internal (sales and customer service department) and External Customer’s requirement. Common duties include assigning and managing quality service to delivery airfreight export.

• Provide Network/CS & Sales and Tender with information and rates on time as per their requests.
• Negotiate competitive/spot rate and BSA deals with the carriers & Vendors (rates and space).
• Productivity, transparency and problem-avoidance
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintained accurate records/documentation related to all aspects of exports—ensuring full traceability during audits/inspections as needed.
• Implemented continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining operations and enhancing overall productivity in the export department.

Within this top of global’s freight forwarding, I am responsible for driving company’s airfreight growth by ensuring competitiveness of pricing.

• Negotiate and review airfreight price with airlines/co-loaders.
• Populate RFQ and price submission for global bidding tender.
• Provide local sales team and overseas offices for pricing enquiries and selling techniques.
• Support airfreight team and liaise for suggestion and solving difficulties.
• Assist to Airfreight Manager for general routine activities.
• Analyst monthly volume and present to management team.

This was a senior level role at one of Thailand’s leading air freight forwarding companies. I was responsible for leading and managing the Key Accounts team to maximize the company’s profit and achieve sales targets.
