• Spearheaded claims, ensuring savings of over USD 2 million for the company.

Company Overview - Zeaborn Ship Mangement was leading ship management company operating out of Hamburg and Singapore.

• In charge of Pre/Post Fix Operations Team, for commercially managed vessels (Dry Bulk and Container). In charge of marine operations for all fleet vessels,
• From March 2020 In charge of QHSE activities of the fleet, implementation of ISM/ISPS/MLC
• In March 2020, appointed as the DPA for the fleet vessels
• From Aug 2018 Till June 2020 was in charge of all crewing activities of the fleet including controlling the crewing budgets, developing crewing strategy
• Streamlined post fix operations processes for Singapore fleet vessels to include operations of dry bulk vessels

• Ensuring voyages are executed as per the agreed CP, load readiness/stow planning, monitoring collection of freights & hires, commercial documentation, procurement of bunkers and port captaincy
• Handling of Marine/QHSE/Regulatory compliance on fleet vessels
• Managing OPEX and budgets, vessels safe operations and ensuring a risk-based approach is followed when executing voyages
• Liaising with technical managers on various technical management aspects and crewing matters

• Set up a training program, for on-board safety training on fleet vessels

• Sailed in various ascending capacities on dry cargo ships since 1995, and in command from 2008 till 2011
