• Restored the 1,2,3 Pouch packing lines to basic condition, restructured the organization, applied flow to work, trained and qualified people, and made a step change in morale to bring up the PR from 79% to 84% just after 5 months in the Line Leader role.
• Reduced people in Customization line from 40 to 33 by Work Process Improvement (WPI) tool.
• Qualified third party DB Schenker to produce customization product within 8 months to maintain business during COVID period.
• Built DB Schenker facilities to supply high quality customized product to maintain continual business during COVID period.
