Delivered the 4th Pouch packing line startup in 2 months to meet Process Reliability (PR) at 85%.
Restored the 1,2,3 Pouch packing lines to basic condition, restructured the organization, applied flow to work, trained and qualified people, and made a step change in morale to bring up the PR from 79% to 84% just after 5 months in the Line Leader role.
Reduced people in Customization line from 40 to 33 by Work Process Improvement (WPI) tool.
Qualified third party DB Schenker to produce customization product within 8 months to maintain business during COVID period.
