CRM Project support role
Responsibilities including:
- Marketing Setup for eDM, Push Notification, WhatsApp, SMS
- Performance reports
- Monitoring official eShop contents and interface (WordPress)
- Updating other 3rd party OGAWA eShop channels
(HKTVMall, Price.com, The Club)
- Providing eShop customer service
- Supporting offline roadshow events
- Monitoring official social media (Facebook, Instagram)
- Communicating and cooperating with merchants
- Providing administration support to the sales team
- Daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Communicating and cooperating with merchants
- Providing E-shop platform support
- Handling customer special requests and refund cases
- Printing and mailing hard copy receipts
- Providing administration support to the daily operation of the office
- Providing secretarial support to the boss
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office, WordPress)
