• Perform major and minor repairs and modification of aircraft structures such as Flush Repair.
• Selects, measures, shears, cuts, bends and forms sheetmetal in various shapes and contours, heat treats, seals, fabricates, fits, inspects and refinishes parts and components in accordance to drawing specifications.Perform cabin check, securing life vest, emergency and cabin equipment.
• Assembles parts and components and sub-assemblies using special jigs and fixtures
• Perform re–skinning, door doublers repair, removal and installation of rivets, patching and splicing, Reworks and replaces components to rectify damaged or malfunctioning components.
• Familiarity with worked in the workshop, local fabrication of parts, contoured, beaded and bended.
• Performed maintenance checks of light compartment satisfactory condition, cleanliness and securing of flight compartment interior, flight attendant and passenger seats, overhead storage bins, ceiling panels, sidewall panels, lavatory doors and other interior.
• Execute all works assigned in an efficient and cost effective manner in order to help maximize the utilization of companys manpower resources material and facilities
• Obtain all necessary hand tools that will be used pursuant to assigned routine and non- routine works in accordance with approved checklist.
