- Created a brand-new, structured literacy education program called Common Ground Literacy to teach any and all students how to listen, speak, read, and write in English well.
- Invented a new literacy assessment tool, which is called a Literacy Assessment Report, to characterize a student's English voice and measure real growth and learning.
- Created all materials, worksheets, games, and techniques associated with the Common Ground Literacy program.
- Created a comprehensive rubric of over 100+ language skills over five levels of progression and more.
- Basically, I have spent the last ten years becoming the most formidable and effective English teacher in the world because Common Ground Literacy is suitable for both native and non-native students.
