• Read and interpret utility bills; research account details for the accurate data entry of on-going, resource and historical bills.
• Research and resolve account number/meter number changes.
• Review invoices for address change confirmation.
• Communicate / interface with internal customers to ensure data integrity.
• Indentification and research of billing situations requiring immediate attention or further actions.
• Assist in sorting / opening of incoming mail.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and communicate the daily production load, delegating duties to production personnel
• Works with Production Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the plant.
• Continually review the production methods/operating procedures with a view of improving efficiency and output.
• Control product rejects/wastage throughout the shift.
• Effectively manage absence and timekeeping and provide feedback to employees on performance.
• Communicate with the staff on a staff on a regular and consistent basis as defined.
• Keep management informed of issues and concerns in a timely manner.
• Work with quality to promote a culture of quality among the team.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained to the highest standard.
• Reports any possible products tampering to immediate superior.
• Reports any food safety issues to higher management.
• Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures customer expectations are met and exceeded by providing hospitable service in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner following company standard and procedures.
• Greet customers and take order
• Processes the order, generate bills and answer guest queries about deal offers and service time.
• Cleans up the tables after the guests leave and set them for the next guests.
• Packs and serves warm food efficiently, in accordance with the order.
