• Manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, portfolio of buildings & data center of significant complexity.
• Established strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Conducts client meeting on unresolved facility of buildings & data center issues in an expeditious and professional manner.
• Communicates to client regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports.
• Manages and coaches facilities staff to deliver excellent service levels for the client within budget.
• Managing and review building and Data center governance (SOP, MOP, EOP, etc).
• Do researches and implements new processes and technology to improve operational efficiency.
• Develops and recommends strategic facility management of buildings & data center objectives for clients.
• Managing and reviews various budget reports for multiple building and data center facilities.

Primarily responsible to manage the Facility Equipment Operation & Maintenance in Banking & IT Business Area:

• Control & Monitoring process for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) & Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) in area and ensure any aspect in maintenance facility business process is running well.
• Perform Engineering Assessment & Technical Recommendation for critical equipment such as: HVAC, Switchgear, Transformers, UPS, Power Generator, BMS, FM200, FAS, HSSD, Security System (CCTV, Door Access, Alarm), etc
• Managing & review Racking & Stacking process, electrical cables & networks installation process, etc.
• Perform Engineering Analysis, Gap Analysis, Failure Analysis to support maintenance continuous improvement.
• Do performance Review & Evaluation for Planned Preventive Maintenance & Condition Based Maintenance.
• Support commercial/sales team for technical survey, BOQ, BDC, solution document, etc to develop corporate business.
• Perform saving energy initiative to support corporate purpose.
• Manage budget for PPM, Reactive Maintenance, Ad hoc, and LCR Program (Life cycle replacement).

Primarily responsible for the Integrated Facility Management Operation in 3 areas (Bintaro, Bandung, & Pekan Baru):

• Perform Lead the Facility Operations team and work with peer teams to identify required engineering changes in infrastructure systems, define project scope, schedule, and supervise these projects.
• Direct the development and review of operational standards (SOP, WI, Standard Parameter).
• Support, coordinate, and monitor vendor activities, ensuring work activities meet scope of work and follow established procedures.
• Find creative solutions to support reduction of operational costs and maximization of infrastructure utilization.
• Prepare facility operations post-incident reports, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
• Maintain and support reporting to ensure the data centre remains compliant with government safety and environmental requirements.
• Accountability for the overall performance of the SLA, DC performance management against KPI’s (Availability, PUE, Temperature, Humidity), cost savings initiatives, and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Client/PDG business manager implement this new business strategy through delivering sales presentations, virtual tour, etc.

• Responsible for the Engineering and Maintenance functions to ensure Aircraft Power Plant and APU are well maintained to perform at optimum levels.
• Achieve efficient and effective maintenance of quality service provided to all employees and third party.
• Responsible for timely delivery of maintenance program and participate in coordinating for maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Lead and performing troubleshooting for significant problem to find the root cause.
• Undertaking Engine and APU management for removal, staggering, and avoid unplanned engine removal.

• Develop and optimized maintenance plans, task lists and procedures, for all routine maintenance activities.
• Provide expertise and methodology in mechanical maintenance, with emphasis on heavy equipment maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Performance Analysis and improvement especially in MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure ) component.
• Maintained open communication channels to verify prescribed operational levels for equipment and tasks.
