Serve as a Supply Chain Manager at Neuron Mobility Pte Ltd, where I oversee all aspects of the supply chain operations. My key responsibilities include:

• Design the S&OP process, and stakeholders’ management, and execute the S&OP alignments to ensure the demand and supply are in sync, and drive decision-making based on reliable data to achieve organizational goals.
• Led cross-functional team in demand forecasting and supply planning across multiple regions in Australia/Canada/United Kingdom/New Zealand/Korea
• Established 3PL (Third-party logistics) in Australia/Canada/New Zealand for hub and spoke model, enabling scalability due to space/labor/transportation flexibility based on needs. And also, provides resiliency when facing uncertainty and stock-out risks.

Serve as a Logistics operation supervisor at Panalpina World Transport (S) Pte Ltd, where I oversee all aspects of the logistics and warehouse. My key responsibilities include:

• Oversaw day-to-day operations for logistics departments, ensuring on-time delivery from warehouse to Shell’s local 25+ stores and Decathlon’s 4 stores daily.
• Handled customer complaints, resolved issues, and adjusted policies to meet changing needs.
• Coordinated with internal and external stakeholders for Shell’s and Decathlon’s international freight scheduling, ensuring custom compliances, delivery efficiencies, stock accuracy, and shipping cost-effectiveness.
• Developed and implanted warehousing policies and systems tracking resulting in 99% inventory accuracy yearly for Shell.
• Collaborated with Shell’s operation supervisor on value-added services initiation as well as quality management.
• Worked with TNETS Singapore on custom clearances and declarations for Decathlon products to ensure permits for import and export were declared accurately and effectively.

• Managed daily data entry and filling of logistics outbound orders for customer Toyota
• Prepared shipping documents and pick-up arrangements for air shipments of Toyota’s components.
